Finally, found old sonde! And my first double-sonde from Vaisala HQ! Landed 433 days ago. Found chute and balloon stub first, but broke the string. Searched a bit to direction of arrival and found the rest of the string & sondes. 1 of 2.

elle était un peu perchée vers 4 m et coincée dans une extrémité d'une branche. Sa localisation était facile mais l fallait y accéder. Le chemin le plus proche laissait environ 50m de terrain abandonné avec une belle hauteur de ronces. L'autre possibilité était par les "jardins ouvriers" mais là grillages et portes cadenassées. Avec un petit accord des qq présents j'ai pu trouver un endroit pour arriver dessous. Restait juste à l'atteindre et lui demander gentiment de venir à ma portée HI.. Les bouts de bambou présent sur place et un bout de grillage ont fait l'affaire. Donc pas une promenade facile mais toujours le plaisir de récupérer cette petite boite.

Chased the live evening launch. Located the landing spot with MySondyGo. It was situated up a steep hillside on the other side of a spring runoff swollen creek. A young couple camping noticed my searching. I showed them the orange parachute on the other side of the creek and said I would wait for the creek to subside in the summer. They said they could try and retreive it next day. I said keep the sonde if you succeed. Got a text and picture showing they retreived the sonde. Marked as recovered
