Sonde had landed on the roof of a low apartment building; balloon continued north another 30 feet and was hanging from a power feeder from the pole to the building, just a couple feet off the ground. We pulled on the nylon cable until the sonde came down off the roof, after a moment of panic when it was caught in the gutter.
