Radiosonde W5154259 recovered by Larry

Now counting on second hand but not on toes yet. After hundred+ recoveries we crossed paths with one tick off person who didn't like having this land on his property. After trying hard to explain what a weather instrument is, we gave up and said you could just throw it away. The response "that is what I am going to do." Recovered by homeowner.
