Radiosonde W5024721 recovered by WB8ELK

Sonde was dangling over the edge of the pond water from weeds with the string draped over telephone lines. Of course the string was 20 feet in the other side of an electric fence. I snagged the string with my 30 foot pole and managed to reel in the catch of the day.
