Radiosonde X1132657 recovered by KE5BSR

Sonde initially landed on the roof of a business. We could see part of the parachute near the edge and attempted to snag it with an extendable pole and a makeshift hook to no avail. Went back on 9-21-25 and the wind had blown the entire rig onto the ground.
