Radiosonde X1112044 recovered by BeginnersLuck

Never heard of one of these until I pulled into the street and saw what looked like a ghost hanging from the tree… completely scared - somehow I found my way to this website. String is stuck up in the tree real high but balloon and device are in possession. Happy to have found/leaned about them. Cheers
