Radiosonde 23064441 recovered by KB3ZOX

Farmer had it at his house in town and had called NOAA to find out how he could return it. After explaining why they never called him back because they did not want it returned. He was excited about mailing it back to me so kids could use it in school. He pulled it out of the tree soon after it landed there 6 months ago
